Why do we collect Personal Data
We collect data in order to provide you with a reliable and efficient service, to enable us to publish the AJSEP Journal and to fulfill our obligations arising from any contract entered into between us and you. We also collect data so that you can keep abreast of all relevant developments regarding the AJSEP Journal.

Where is your data stored?

Right of erasure

We may also retain your name and minimum contact details so that we do not inadvertently contact you or re-enter your details in the future.
How and where data is processed
At AJSEP, we take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of data.
Data processing is carried out using computer and/or information technology tools and in strict accordance with organizational procedures and patterns relevant to the stated purposes. In some cases, this data may be accessed by certain types of responsible persons involved in the operation of the website (administrative, legal, system administration) or external parties designated by the owner as data processors if necessary (e.g., third party technical service providers, mail operators, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies). Residence time

The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time by notifying its users on this page.
